The Morristown Junior Colonials Football and Cheer program is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the field. We strive to instill the core values of discipline, respect, and perseverance while providing high-quality, safe instruction in a fun, community-driven atmosphere.

Our Mission
Our mission is to elevate the youth of our community through the traditions of football and cheer. We achieve this by focusing on three core pillars:
- Character: Developing leaders who display integrity, resilience, and respect.
- Community: Creating an inclusive, supportive family for all athletes, coaches, and parents.
- Competition: Teaching foundational skills and safe techniques while promoting healthy sportsmanship and a love for the game.
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we reinvest all proceeds into field maintenance, equipment upgrades, and scholarship programs for families in financial need.
